I decided that as part of my upcoming blogiversary celebration I needed to have a better name. A name that is also not my nom de guerre. So I went out on limb and now you will find me at Simple America.

Born in Phoenix, AZ in 1958. Got back to Texas as soon I could (I was conceived here.) Graduated from Houston Lamar 76. Joined the U.S. Army and traveled the world for the next 8.5 years. Would have been a lifer, but they said my GI Bill would go away in 89. So I went to college at Univesity of Houston. I have a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a MS in Accountancy and Taxation. I am a CPA. I have a beautiful wife and two normal kids, boy and girl. I am about to start my own accounting practice.

The blogiversary is on May 3rd. Just a lot going on in the background with my blog. I thought the changing site would be the hardest bit so did it first.
